Citroen was founded in 1919 and is a French automotive manufacturer. In 1976, the company was bankrupt and was bought out by Peugeot S.A., becoming PSA Peugeot Citroen. The company has since changed names again to PSA Group (Groupe PSA). Citroen left the Canadian market back in 1991, but there have been reports the brand is preparing to re-enter the market. Globally, the brand markets several models in various countries, including the C1, C3, C4, C5, Berlingo and SpaceTourer.
