As Bentley enters its second century of car-building, the company is again taking applications for 76 positions in its apprentice, undergraduate and graduate program for 2020 at its Crewe, England headquarters.
Bentley is particularly keen on candidates with digital and technology skills and interests, as it looks to develop the innovation that will help shape its next 100 years. It’s looking to fill roles in Digital, Information Technology, Sales & Marketing, Human Resources, Engineering and Manufacturing, and will provide technical, academic and hands-on experience in the digital transformation of the company.
“An extraordinary range of opportunities are available, designed to drive our business forward and help build Bentley’s exciting future,” said Dr. Astrid Fontaine, Member of the Board for People, Digitalisation and IT at Bentley Motors. “Engaging and developing the very best trainees is key to ensuring Bentley remains the definitive British luxury car company, as well as one that stays true to extraordinary craftsmanship, innovation and sustainable solutions.”
Previously recognized for its educational initiatives, Bentley was last year recognized by AllAboutSchoolLeavers (a UK program to help young people with their career choices and paths) as the number one employer in the automotive industry for youth looking for career direction upon leaving school, for the second successive year.
The company will host an Apprentice Open Day at Crewe on February 1, 2020. More information on the program and registration for the open house is available at www.bentleycareers.com.
