Honda's stylish new HR-V entry-level crossover, which had its premiere at the Paris Motor Show earlier this month, will make its North American debut at the Los Angeles auto show in November.
Honda has confirmed that its auto-show appearance there signals plans to sell the car in Canada, beginning next spring.
It will be built on the same global compact platform that underpins the Honda Fit and will feature a similarly versatile and roomy interior thanks to that platform's innovative centre-mounted fuel tank location.
It will also share the Fit's Honda-exclusive Magic Seat, which allows for multiple seating configurations and the ability to fold the second row seat completely flat for added cargo space.
Further details will be revealed in conjunction with the LA show on November.
