Lamborghini is paying homage to perhaps its most iconic model with a special edition of its most current flagship model. Introducing the Aventador Miura Homage.
Introduced 50 years ago, the Miura paved the way for future super sports cars with the introduction of the legendary Lamborghini V-12. It was also one of the first bespoke models, allowing buyers to specify their purchases’ exterior colour.
Created by Lamborghini’s Ad Personam studio, the Aventador Miura Homage will be available in some of the more notable solid and metallic Miura colours, including Rosso Arancio Miura (solid red); Verde Scandal (solid green); and Blu Tahiti (metallic blue).
Twenty inch Dione wheels (21 on the rear) are available in either matte silver or gold

As with Miura, its lower body and sills will be painted in a contrasting colour, with a metallic Miura badge. Other badging includes a rear Lamborghini script, and limited edition anniversary plaque inside.
The leather interior is available in two colours — Nero Ade or Terra Emilia — with contrast stitching and the Miura 50 Anniversary logo stitched in gold or silver in the headrests. Interior ridged trim pieces are standard carbon fibre, with Lamborghini script embroidered on the leather instrument panel.

Power comes from the 700-hp 6.5-litre V-12, generating 509 lb-ft of torque and taking the car to 100 km/h in less than three seconds. Top speed is pegged at 350 km/h.
Making its public debut at the Goodwood Festival of Speed, just 50 units of the car will be produced for distribution in select world markets, with the majority already spoken for.
