Lexus has revealed a teaser photograph of the concept car it plans to reveal at the Los Angeles auto show next week.
The teaser reveals little detail but it is apparent that the concept, called the LF-C2, is a four-place convertible and it shape and proportion suggest it's one not far from production.
The first LF-C concept, which dates back to 2004, provided a sense of the styling direction that ultimately appeared in the IS-C. This time, the LF-C2 is expected to preview a drop-top variant of the recently released RC coupe.
If that should be the case, a production RC convertible would probably share that car's major features, including its base-level V-6 engine. It would also open the door to the possibility of a drop-top RC-F with its snarling V-8 power.
More details will be available when the concept is revealed on November 19.
