Some people may refuse to believe that Toronto is the centre of the universe, but there’s now proof the city is the centre of the McLaren sales universe, with McLaren Toronto crowned tops in McLaren’s global network of 86 retailers.

Contributing to a record year for the company in North America, the Woodbridge, Ontario dealership was named McLaren Automotive’s Global Retailer of the Year 2017 by outscoring 85 other facilities in 31 markets in business performance benchmarks of sales, customer service, aftersales and marketing. This is the third year the awards have been handed out, with the retailer previously named Regional Retailer of the Year in 2016.

“At Pfaff, we’ve built a community of people who love to own, drive, race and be inspired by great cars,” said Chris Pfaff, president and CEO of Pfaff Motors, which operates McLaren Toronto. “We don’t just sell cars; we deliver extraordinary automotive experiences – in every showroom, on the road, and on the track.”

Four other North American retailers made McLaren’s top 12 Premier Club — McLaren Philadelphia, McLaren San Francisco, McLaren Boston and McLaren Newport Beach

“The Pfaff organisation have succeeded in taking their performance in sales and service to a world-beating level in the last year,” concluded Tony Joseph, President of McLaren North America. “With record sales and great attention to detail, they continue to build McLaren’s brand awareness in this key market.”
