Nissan celebrated the longest night of the year by announcing new Midnight Editions of its Titan pickup.
The Midnight Edition Package will be available on Titan SV 4x4 and 4x2 Crew Cab. South of the border, the package is also available on Titan XD diesel 4x4s, though Nissan Canada does not make mention of it on its website.
Midnight Editions (which will also be available on Frontier pickups, as well as Rogue, Murano and Pathfinder SUVs) feature darkened interior and exterior appearances, which on Titan includes dark charcoal interior trim, body-colour bumpers and grille with dark insert, darkened headlamps, black fog-lamp finisher, black exterior badges and Midnight logo, black mirrors and door handles, black 20-inch aluminum-alloy wheels, and black step rails.
The resultant customized look is available straight out of the factory, meaning it’s fully covered under Nissan’s comprehensive warranty 5-year/160,000 km warranty.
Nissan Canada has not set a price for its Titan package (which in the US goes for $1,250, compared to $2,610 if the items were purchased separately) though the cost for other vehicles is $1,000 ($800 on Rogue), versus $2,400, if equipped separately ($1,600 for Rogue).
