2017 Nissan Versa Note

Nissan has unveiled a new Versa Note ahead of its public viewings in a week at the Los Angeles Auto Show.

The new car features a revised front end, with a bold Nissan V-motion grille that ties the car visually to Sentra, Altima and Maxima introductions, and new colours (Monarch Orange and Deep Blue Pearl) and wheel designs. Exterior add-ons include fog lights and body accents, such as a high rear spoiler and side sills, and outside mirrors with integrated turn signals.

Inside changes are limited to functional items such as cupholders, an additional 12V outlet and a USB port. Add-ons include a sport leather-wrapped steering wheel and suede-like upholstery.

Power continues to come from the 1.6-litre 4-cylinder engine, mated to the latest generation of the Xtronic continuously variable transmission (with a retuned step logic control that simulates gear changes for a more natural acceleration feel).
